The big cosplay sale is here! Costumes orders can be combined with books, enamel pins, stickers, and other merch!
Join the Reformation! We all know of the old Dragoncon carpet cult.... but why no respect for our true, current carpet? This is the ten year anniversary of the Marriott's new carpet installation, and so we decided to right this terrible wrong by drawing our own fabric pattern. Revel in dull stripes and plain browns as other cosplayers over-indulge in colorful opulence.
Our cosplay group was themed after Martin Luther and the Protestant Reformation, but you can do whatever you'd like with this fabric! Our stock of fabric is:
This fabric is fairly lightweight with a lot of drape: although it's completely opaque you may want to interline this with a heavier cotton if you're constructing something structural like a bodice. You may also notice that the finished satin print is more grey and less brown than the on-screen print, although this may not be the case for other fabric types.
Shipping
We currently have samples and a left over 2yd in stock, but are currently ordering more, which should arrive within a week or so.
If you are ordering more than a few yards, please avoid the flat rate padded envelope; it likely won't fit.
Want a different fabric? Fabric is pricey to print, so we chose satin as a happy medium between inexpensive and something with a nice finish. However this can also be printed on other fabrics by request; we just have not tried them yet. If you would like one of these (or something else), I highly recommend printing a sample first, which can be requested from the options list. This will take around 2 weeks to arrive, as it will need to ship to us first:
*Ships from a house with cats.
Welcome, everyone! We are Cowbutt Crunchies Cosplay, and we're so excited to finally bring you a project we've been working on for the past two years! We're long-time cosplayers who dabble in everything from ballgowns to electronics, but many people know us for our elaborate, larger than life wigwork. Tutorials and cosplay education is a huge part of who we are, and many cosplayers have asked how they too can create these sorts of wigs. We've uploaded many tutorials over the years, but finally we've been able to compile the core techniques that we use into a single book so that ambitious cosplayers can embark on their own extreme projects.
Want even more wig goodness? Check out our social media sites for more tutorials and progress, and especially our charity patreon at https://www.patreon.com/cowbuttcrunchies for additional walkthroughs and 1 on 1 help.
